Probably, the first thing that you've noticed was the new band's name. But... why the hell to change the name?
Well, unfortunately we've found that there are so many bands that are called (The) Outsider(s), and one of them is a well known 70's British punk band and we don't want to get in trouble with them :)
The problem was that after 2 years being an Outsider, you just can't simply get rid of it. It wasn't just a name, it was part of our musical and lyrical personality.
We decided now that Outsider Resistance is the name that resumes our new phase and defines the path we're following from now on.
No, that is not the only novelty. 2012 is the year when the outsider monster will take form and show its face to the world.
And if the world is really going to end up in 2012, we've already composed the soundtrack to the apocalypse.

Pois bem, ao consultarmos os alfarrábios do rock 'n' roll descobrimos que já existem outras (The) Outsider(s), sendo que uma dessas bandas, por coincidência ou pura ironia do destino, usou esse mesmo nome há uns 30 anos atras. Uma rápida pesquisa na internet mostra que esse parece ser um nome bastante usado.
Porém, nós criamos laços e, depois de dois anos, não poderíamos deixar de ser Outsiders. Isso é algo que não se escolhe.
Outsider Resistance é o nome que acompanha a nova fase da banda e ajuda a definir a proposta sonora que vocês irão presenciar daqui a alguns dias. Não, o novo nome não é a única novidade, pois 2012 é o ano em que iremos mostrar a nossa verdadeira face.
Enfim, se o mundo acabar em 2012, já nos encarregamos em fazer a trilha sonora.
